Samson Mwita E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption
1.1 Samson Mwita E-Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) are redeemable exclusively at the Samson Mwita online store (https://samsonmwita.store).
1.2 Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

2. Expiry
2.1 Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Unused balances remaining on expired Gift Cards will not be refunded or credited.

3. Balance and Usage
3.1 The value of the Gift Card is specified at the time of purchase.
3.2 Gift Cards can be redeemed in multiple transactions until the total balance is exhausted.
3.3 If the total purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.
3.4 To check the balance of your Gift Card, contact customer support at shop@samsonmwita.store.

4. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
4.1 Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.2 Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

5. Purchase and Delivery
5.1 Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
5.2 Ensure the recipient’s email address is correct; Samson Mwita is not responsible for Gift Cards sent to incorrect or invalid email addresses.

6. Restrictions
6.1 Gift Cards may not be used in conjunction with certain promotions, discounts, or sales unless explicitly stated.
6.2 Samson Mwita reserves the right to reject Gift Cards that have been tampered with, altered, or obtained through unauthorized means.

7. Fraud and Abuse
7.1 Samson Mwita reserves the right to void Gift Cards suspected of being obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
7.2 Misuse of Gift Cards, including resale, constitutes a breach of these terms and conditions.

8. Changes to Terms
8.1 Samson Mwita reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Samson Mwita website.
8.2 Continued use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
9.2 Any disputes arising from the use of Gift Cards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom.
