Can I get Free Delivery?

Enjoy free delivery for all orders over £100, use the code FREEDELSM.

Can I Return My Order?

For items bought online, you can return them within 14 days for a full refund, as long as they have not been used or fitted and are returned with all original packaging and a valid proof of purchase.

If your item is faulty, please contact us to arrange to send your goods with a printed copy of your order receipt. Keep your proof of postage, as we will need it to reimburse you for the return shipping cost of the faulty items. This will be done once the return has been processed.

For any returns, the original packaging and swing tickets, if applicable, must still be in place. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Can I Buy Now and Pay Later?

We offer payment options through Klarna and PayPal, allowing you to split your payment over time.

Do I have to Pay Import Duty?

Please note for international deliveries you will be responsible for paying customs and import charges. These charges are your responsibility as the recipient.

Customs may or may not impose an import duty, which is beyond our control.

We cannot be held responsible for the duration it takes for your order to clear customs.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We strive to process your order promptly to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

We do accept returns. Please get in touch with us at shop@samsonmwita.store within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Please retain your proof of postage until you receive confirmation of your return via email.

Can I Exchange My Order?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
